The Armenian Duduk is a musical instrument that has a rich history within the Caucasian, Middle Eastern, and Eastern European cultures. Made from a fruit wood (such as apricot), the Armenian Duduk has 8 holes in its top side, and two below. This educational app will teach you the fingering guides and note reading skills required to play the Dukuk (doo-dook). Each note has a accompanying audio instructional lessons aimed towards teaching you the differences in the notes. Other features of the application include links on how to purchase their music and more.
The Duduk is a very specialized instrument with very little information about the notes, how to play it, or what the individual notes sound like. This app solves this problem. As an owner of a duduk, I found it very difficult to navigate my way around the instrument. I constantly had to look online for help and even then it was near useless. That is where I created this app. It took me over two weeks to compile the information in a quick and simple format for you to enjoy. Great app. Ill need to get a Duduk now! I like how it gives you a sample sound for each note and where to place your fingers! Definitely recommend getting this app!
No sound at all, no control or help, and super simplistic, I dont think this app is worth 99 cents.
